Bu kapsamda, art\u0131k sadece emlak\u00e7\u0131lar de\u011fil, ev sahipleri de ilan fiyatlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden denetim alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serbest Piyasa m\u0131, M\u00fcdahale mi?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni d\u00fczenlemeyle birlikte, evini internetten satmak isteyen vatanda\u015flar art\u0131k ilan fiyat\u0131n\u0131 rastgele belirleyemeyecek. Yapay zek\u00e2 destekli bu sistem, ilanlardaki fiyat de\u011fi\u015fimlerini kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131yor ve genel ekonomik verilerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fer fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131; b\u00f6lgesel konut de\u011ferleri, enflasyon, d\u00f6viz kuru ya da ba\u015fka ge\u00e7erli bir ekonomik gerek\u00e7eyle a\u00e7\u0131klanam\u0131yorsa, bu durum manip\u00fclatif fiyat hareketi olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor.
